JAKARTA - BRI President Director Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) Laksono Widodo said the company had obtained a mandate to deliver four companies holding Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indonesian capital market in 2024.

The four companies have large-scale assets ranging from IDR 250 billion to IDR 350 billion, consisting of various sectors.

"We still have four more in the pipeline (in line) of the IPO equity, the sector is property, retail, and health care (health)," said Laksono after the EBA-SP launch at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building (IDX), Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Thursday, April 25.

Of the four companies, he continued, the IPO documents of several companies are currently in the entry stage to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

"There are already those who want to enter the OJK," said Laksono.

He ensured that the company that BRIDS would bring the IPO would not have a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) or its entity.

"We are waiting for a new government, sir," said Laksono.

On this occasion, BRIDS collaborated with PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) or SMF to provide a Retail Asset Securities product transaction service (EBA-SP) via BRIDS' online trading BRIDS application.

EBA-SP Retail is a secure fixed income (fixed income) investment product with an idAAA rating from Pefindo and has a high liquidity of investment instruments, so customers can make purchase and sale transactions at any time without having to wait until it matures.

The EBA SP Retail SMF products that will be marketed by BRIDS are EBA SP BTN06A issued in 2020 (6.5 percent coupon per year), EBA SP BTN08A issued in 2023 (6.65 percent coupon per year), and EBAS SP BRIS01A issued in 2023 (7 percent coupon per year) with an idAA rating from (Pefindo) with a denomination of only IDR 100,000.

"With the presence of EBA Retail products by SMF in our BRIGHTS online trading application, of course, it will further enrich the choice of investment products that our customers can invest in, in addition to available instruments such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds at this time, only one application is enough," said Laksono.
