Fast Train Transportation 222,309 Passengers During The Eid 2024 Period

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) noted that the passengers of the Fast Trainmenmen reached 222,309 people during the Lebaran Transport period in 2024. In fact, the highest number of passengers reached 21,500 people per day.

This is the first time he has participated in the implementation of Eid transportation since it was inaugurated in October last year.

KCIC Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa explained that during the Lebaran KCIC Transport period, 4,179 passengers, 9,443 Business Classes, and 208,687 Premium Economy passengers served.

Eva said the departure station with the highest passenger movement during the Lebaran Transport period was Halim Station with 115,823 passengers.

"Then Padalarang Station as many as 75,455 passengers and Tegalluar Station as many as 31,031 passengers," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, April 24.

In the 2024 Eid Transport period, KCIC operates 832ASH trips or as many as 52ASH trips per day with departure timeliness reaching 100 percent. This means no delay at all.

"Various obstacles to the inaugural Eid transportation have been successfully anticipated," he said.

This success, said Eva, was due to the preparation of facilities and infrastructure carried out carefully before the implementation of Eid 2024 transportation.

In addition, continued Eva, the officers were also quick to handle things that were happening on the field. That way, he said, the entire journey of thelush high-speed train was safe and smooth.

"KCIC would like to thank the people who have trusted God willing, as one of the modes of transportation at the moment of Eid al-Fitr in 2024," he explained.

Eva said KCIC will continue to carry out various evaluations and corrective steps to deal with other long holidays.
