OIKN Calls Hermina Will Operate Hospitals At IKN In August 2024

The Capital Authority of the Archipelago (OIKN) confirmed that the PT Hermina Tbk (HEAL) hospital in IKN will operate in August 2024.

This was revealed by the Deputy for Funding and Investment of OIKN Agung Wicaksono when contacted by VOI, Monday, April 22.

"(Hermina) has built and progress for services in August 2024," he said.

Agung said that currently Hermina is in the process of being built at IKN. This is his commitment to building a hospital at IKN in 2024.

Meanwhile, citing the presentation of Hermina's company in 2023, development reached 30 percent. It is targeted that in Semester I will complete the structure of the building.

Meanwhile, the architectural completion is targeted in the second quarter of IIII 2024. So, Hermina will operate a hospital in IKN in the third quarter of 2024.

As is known, on November 1, 2023, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) laid the first stone or groundbreaking for the Hermina Hospital construction project at IKN Nusantara. The investment from the hospital project reached around Rp. 650 billion.

Jokowi said that later the hospital would be built internationally based on ecogreen and smart hospital.

He also ensured that the hospital would not only accept VIP patients but also serve patients using BPJS Kesehatan.

The presence of a specialist mother and child hospital is the answer for most people who question the existence of health facilities at IKN Nusantara later.
