1. Regarding PMI Delivery Goods, it was agreed as follows:
PMI Delivery Goods are PMI-owned goods sent by PMI who are working abroad and not to be traded, so there is no need to regulate them in the Minister of Trade Regulation on Import Policy and Regulation (Permendag 36/2023 jo. 3/2024).
The regulation of importing PMI Shipments is based on PMK (Minister of Finance Regulation) 141/2023 concerning PMI Goods Import Provisions whose implementation is carried out by Customs (DJBC).
The government will immediately revise / change Permendag 36/2023 jo. 3/2024, in particular by removing it from the Permendag, namely Attachment III of Imports of Goods sent by Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) which regulates Types / Groups of Goods and Limits on the Number of Goods for each Delivery of Goods.
Arrangements for PMI delivery items are carried out in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) 141/2023:
PMI can deliver PMI-owned goods sent by PMI who are working abroad and not for trade.

2. In addition to PMI Delivery Goods, it has also been agreed that the arrangements for Passengers' Private Goods will also be removed from the regulation at Permendag No. 36/2023 jo. No. 03/2024, and is fully regulated in PMK.
3. Regarding the issuance of Technical Considerations (Pertek) on several commodities, it was agreed to be postponed considering the readiness of regulations and systems in related Ministries / Agencies (K/L), and it was agreed to return the provisions of Permendag No. 36/2023 jo.No. 03/2024 to the spirit of easy imports in accordance with the provisions of Permendag No. 20/2021 jo. No. 25/2022.
4. The implementation of the transition period of Permendag No. 36/2023jo. No. 03/2024 so as not to cause problems and problems in implementation in the field.
