Hutama Karya Adds Sections On Trans-Sumatra Toll Roads Discounted 20 Percent, Check Details

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has increased the application of tariff discounts by 20 percent on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS), namely on the Pekanbaru-Dumai (Permai) Toll Road.

"Thus, in total there are 3 JTTS sections that are subject to tariff discounts, namely the Terbanggi Besar Toll Road - Pematang Panggang-Kayu Agung (Terpeka), the Indralaya-Prabumulih Toll Road (Indraprabu) and the Permai Toll Road," said Executive Vice President Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Adjib Al Hakim in a written statement, Wednesday, April 3.

Adjib said, in addition to the addition of the discounted segment, Hutama Karya also extended the period of toll tariff discounts.

At the beginning of the homecoming flow, the official tariff discount will take effect from today, April 3, 2024 at 05.00 WIB to April 5, 2024 at 05.00 WIB. Meanwhile, the return flow period will be applied on April 17, 2024 at 05.00 WIB until April 19, 2024 at 05.00 WIB.

"The tariff cuts are still valid for all groups of vehicles passing by with the longest tariff-distance payment transactions," he said.

He added that the toll tariff discount only applies to vehicles entering from the South Bakauheni Toll Gate (GT), the management of PT Bakauheni Terbanggi Besar and leaving at GT Kayu Agung / Kayu Agung Utama managed Hutama Karya or vice versa as well as vehicles entering from GT Palembang and leaving at GT Prabumulih or vice versa and vehicles entering from GT Pekanbaru and leaving at GT Dumai or vice versa.

"Meskipun demikian, terdapat sedikit perubahan akumulasi tariff karena Tol Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar juga telah menerapkan diskon tariff 20 persen," ucapnya.

Later, the toll tariff discount will not apply if toll road users transact with electronic money card balances that are lacking or not read the origin and class of vehicles.

The following are the details of the accumulated toll rates from the two sections:

- From South Bakauheni GT to Kayu Agung/Kayu Agung Utama or vice versa:

1. Class I Vehicles from IDR 360,000 to IDR 288,500.2. Class II and III vehicles from IDR 540,000 to IDR 432.500.3. Group IV and V vehicles from IDR 72.000 to IDR 577,000.

- From GT Pekanbaru to GT Dumai or vice versa:

1. Class I Vehicles from Rp171,500 to Rp137,000.2. Voke II and III vehicles from Rp257,000 to Rp205,500.3.' Group IV and V vehicles from Rp343,000 to Rp274,500.

Meanwhile, the discount on tariffs on the Indralaya-Prabumulih Toll Road has not changed.
