Check BCA Operational Schedule During Eid Holiday 2024

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) announced the adjustment of the branch office's operational schedule during the Lebaran 2024 holiday.

The adjustment follows the schedule for Eid leave that has been set by the government, namely on April 8, 9, 12 and 15. Later, all BCA branch offices will return to normal operations on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

The following is an adjustment to the operational activities of the BCA branch office during the Lebaran 2024 holiday:

- 6-7 April 2024 or Saturday and Sunday: Weekend banking service operates- 8 April 2024 or on Monday: Operating limited- 9-11 April 2024 or on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: No Operations- 12 April 2024 or on Friday: Serving Pertamina's B2B transactions in certain branches- 13-14 April 2024 or on Saturday and Sunday: Weekend banking service is canceled- 15 April 2024 or on Monday: Not operating

The following branch offices that operate are limited to April 8, 2024 in DKI Jakarta & Banten including:

1. North Jakarta

When operational is limited, all non-financial transactions can be served by the branch operating. However, clearing transaction operations, transfer of funds through RTGS/SKNBI and temporary foreign exchange services cannot be carried out.

The financial transactions and transfer of funds through BI-FAST can also be used by the public.

"We are committed to continuing to serve customer transaction needs at all times throughout the Eid 2024 holiday period through various services that can be accessed via the myBCA, BCA mobile, KlikBCA and tens of thousands of BCA ATM networks," said BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja in a written statement, quoted Wednesday, April 3.

Jahja said that customers can take advantage of various features, such as paylater services, cashless withdrawals to make payments through the BCA mobile and myBCA applications.

BCA also adjusted Pertamina's B2B transaction operations, especially for payment for Pertamina's product sales for Pertamina customers by Host to Host through KlikBCA Business.

The service is available in all branches operating limited on April 8, 2024. On April 12, 2024, the BCA branch office which serves the receipt of B2B Pertamina deposits, namely KCU Semarang, KCU Palembang, KCU Madiun and KCU Matraman.

Finally, BCA always urges customers to be careful of various modes of fraud on behalf of BCA by always maintaining the confidentiality of banking data.
