JAKARTA - Astra Infra is ready to anticipate a surge in Lebaran travelers this year which is estimated to reach 6.8 million vehicles or an increase of 3.4 percent compared to Lebaran 2023.

Astra Infra also collaborated with other Astra Groups, through the opening of the Astra Siaga Lebaran post at the KM 68 B rest area of the Tangerang-Merak toll road, the rest area of KM 166 A for the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road, the Rest area of KM 695 A for the Jombang-Mojokerto toll road, and the Resta Pendopo KM 456 A & B for the Semarang-Solo toll road.

At Astra Infra Tollroad Tangerang-Merak, the peak of the homecoming flow is expected to occur on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, with an estimated 179 thousand passing vehicles.

The total volume of traffic during the Lebaran period this year on the Tangerang - Merak toll road is predicted to be around 3.5 million vehicles, or an increase of 3.6 percent compared to Eid al-Fitr 2023.

Astra Infra Tollroad Tangerang-Merak has made various preparations, including improving traffic services through traffic management, preparing main flow lanes to the Merak Toll Gate, East Cilegon, and support for delaying systems to anticipate congestion towards Merak Port.
