Note! There Are Additional New Tests In The Joint BUMN 2024 Recruitment

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) through the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) has added new tests in this year's BUMN Joint Recruitment (RBB) program, namely the national insight test and learning agility or the scarcity of learning.

For your information, in the previous years of selection, recruitment tests consisted of basic skills tests (TKD), AKHLAK tests, English language tests, and selection in each BUMN.

"There is something we are updating, there will be a national insight and learning strategy test," said FHCI BUMN Chairman Alexandra Askandar at a press conference at the Media Center of the Ministry of SOEs, Jakarta, Friday, March 22.

Meanwhile, Deputy for Human Resources, Technology and Information Management of the Ministry of SOEs Tedi Bharata explained that this national insight and learning activity test was added in the 2024 RBB selection in accordance with direct directions from the Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir.

Furthermore, Tedi explained that the two new tests were added with the aim of ensuring that the participants could make the best contribution to the company and also to the Indonesian nation. He also said that this test complements the AKHLAK test which is the core value for SOEs.

"So this national insight test is important according to the direction of the Minister of SOEs. So we don't just look at competence but national insight, so we did this test at the beginning," said Tedi.

Sekadar informasi, pendaftaran RBB 2024 akan dibuka mulai besok, 23 Maret 2024 hingga 1 April 2024. Bagi masyarakat yang tertarik untuk mengikuti seleksi bisa mendaftarkan diri secara online melalui laman https://rekrutmenbersama2024.fhcibumn.id.

In this 2024 RBB recruitment, there are 1,830 positions out of 688 types of jobs opened by 110 SOEs. These positions include vacancies for high school/equivalent graduates to S2, fresh graduates and experience hired, and disabilities.

Regarding the age of applicants, the age limit requirement for RBB 2024 is a maximum of 25 years of high school graduates, a maximum of 27 years of Diploma graduates, a maximum of 30 years of graduates or undergraduate degrees, and a maximum of 35 years of Masters or Masters Decree.

The 2024 BUMN Joint Recruitment Process will be carried out simultaneously, and the selection stage is the same for all applicants, except for applicants with disabilities.
