Buruan Civil Servant Check Accounts, TNI-Polri THR And Liquid Retirement Today

JAKARTA - The holiday allowance (THR) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), TNI, Polri and retirees will be disbursed as of today. The THR will be sent directly to their respective personal accounts.

Head of the Communication and Information Services Bureau of the Ministry of Finance Deni Surjantoro said that specifically for THR funds for retirees, PT Taspen (Persero) and PT Asabri (Persero) will be sent.

"Regarding the THR disbursement, according to what was conveyed by the Minister of Finance. That the THR disbursement for pension recipients was carried out on March 22, 2024, through transfers from PT Taspen and Asabri to the pension recipient account," Deni said in his statement, Friday, March 22, 2024.

Deni explained that ASN would be disbursed in accordance with the submission from the work units of each ministry or institution to the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN).

"The THR disbursement for civil servants will also start on March 22, 2022, based on the submission of a K/L satker to KPPN," he said.

For information, the total budget spent by the government to pay THR and the 13th salary reached Rp99.5 trillion in 2024. With details for THR of Rp48.7 trillion and the remaining Rp50.8 trillion for the 13th salary.

Previously, President Joko Widodo had set the provisions for the amount of THR and the 13th salary in 2024 to be paid 100 percent.

This is stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 14 of 2024 concerning the provision of THR and the 13th salary of ASN.

The disbursement of the ASN THR will be carried out starting March 22, 2024 or the fastest is done 10 working days before Eid.

Meanwhile, the disbursement of the 13th ASN salary will be carried out in June 2024.

Finance Minister Sri Mulyani said that the total THR 2024 budget reached IDR 48.7 trillion. This figure is an increase when compared to the 2023 budget which is only IDR 38.8 trillion.

"The total payment of central and regional THR reaches Rp48.7 trillion which will be paid in the next two weeks," Sri Mulyani said at a press conference, Friday, March 15.

Sri Mulyani explained that the increase in the THR 2024 budget was due to an increase for the State Apparatus (State Officials/ASN/TNI/Polri) from Rp11.7 trillion in 2023 to Rp18 trillion in 2024.

In addition, Sri Mulyani noted that there was an increase in the THR budget for retirees in 2024 to Rp11.65 trillion when compared to 2023 which was only Rp9.8 trillion.

Thus, the total budget disbursed by the APBN reached IDR 29.7 trillion. This figure is an increase compared to 2023 which was valued at IDR 21.4 trillion.

Sri Mulyani menyampaikan, pembayaran THR ASN 2024 juga berasal dari APBD mencapai Rp19 triliun pada 2024 dibanding pada 2023 sebesar Rp17,4 triliun.

According to Sri Mulyani<, the increase in the THR 2024 budget due to an increase for Regional Apparatus (Regional Officials / ASN) reached Rp. 16.7 trillion in 2024, this figure increased compared to 2023 of Rp. 15.3 trillion.

The professional allowance for regional ASN teachers is IDR 2.3 trillion in 2024 while in 2023 it is only IDR 2.1 trillion and the additional ASN teacher income is IDR 40 billion while in 2023 it will reach IDR 70 billion.

So that the total for the 2024 APBD for THR is IDR 19 trillion. This figure is an increase compared to 2023 of IDR 17.4 trillion.
