221 Thousand Vehicles Cross The Cipali Toll Road During The Long Holiday Of Nyepi Day And The Beginning Of Ramadan 2024

JAKARTA - The manager of the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road, Astra Infra Toll Road Cipali, noted that around 221,000 vehicles had crossed the Cipali Toll Road during the long holiday season for the New Year's Nyepi Day Saka 1946 and the beginning of Ramadan 1445 Hijriah.

Astra Infra Group Chief Operating Officer, Billy Perkasa Kadar in Subang Regency, West Java, Monday, March 11, quoted from Antara as saying, about 221,000 vehicles crossing the Cipali Toll Road are the accumulation of vehicles that pass from Friday, March 8 to Sunday, March 10.

Throughout Friday to Sunday, the traffic flow across the Cipali Toll Road increased by seven percent from the normal daily traffic average.

He explained, during the long holiday season at the end of the Nyepi Day and early Ramadan, Astra Infra or Astra Tol Cipali had prepared standby points at KM 86, KM 130, and KM 153+200 to anticipate traffic congestion.

This standby point is a point where contra flow traffic engineering will be applied later.

Cipali Toll Astra officers also prepared 3,000 rubbercones to support the implementation of contra flow carried out according to police discretion.

Billy said, as a form of commitment in providing the best service for road users, Astra Infra optimizes services during the Nyepi long holiday period until the beginning of Ramadan 2024.

Optimization of these services, among others, is carried out through various efforts ranging from traffic settings to alerting additional services for the convenience of road users.
