STAR Asset Management Changes President Director, Now Led By Hanif Mantiq

JAKARTA - PT Surya Timur Alam Raya (STAR) Asset Management (AM) announced the appointment of a new President Director. Where, the position is occupied by Hanif Mantiq.

Hanif, who previously served as Chief Marketing Officer, replaced Reita Farianti Ferandina who was appointed as President Commissioner of STAR AM.

"We will continue to focus on providing the best added value to our clients, expanding our reach through strategic partnerships, and embracing digital transformation to meet the needs of developing investors," said Hanif quoting Antara.

Hanif has more than 20 years of experience in the capital market industry and the real sector, with a number of positions including the Head of Investment of PT BNI Asset Management, Equity Fund Manager of PT Mandiri Investment Management, Assistant Portfolio Manager of PT PNM Investment Management, and Equity Dealer of PT Jamsostek (Persero).

Under Hanif's leadership, the company is targeting higher growth through the mutual fund mainstay product, namely the STAR Infobank15 Index Mutual Fund and the STAR Stable Income Fund Mutual. The company also plans to optimize the STAR Stable Fund Mutual Syariah Product which shows positive performance in early 2024.

In addition, the company is also targeting the expansion of distribution partners, both through banks, securities companies, and online-based investment platforms.

The partnership will also involve various institutions, namely insurance, pension funds, foundations, and corporations to market various mutual fund products, including a portfolio of securities for the benefit of customers individually (KPD).

"We hope that STAR AM can continue to grow towards the 10 largest investment manager companies in Indonesia by prioritizing the best service for all segments of customers, innovative products and expanding the distribution path of our products," he said.
