JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) approved changes to the composition of the company's management by replacing several positions of directors and commissioners.
In the AGMS held today, Thursday, March 7, shareholders agreed to dismiss Susana Indah Kris Indriati as Directors and Andrinof A. Chaniago and Nawal Nely from the company's Commissioners.
The shareholders then transferred the assignment of Deputy President Commissioner to Zainudin Amali, and transferred Riduan as Director of Corporate Banking and appointed Tedi Bharata as Commissioner of the company.
Meanwhile, the position of Commercial Banking Director of Bank Mandiri, previously held by Riduan, was replaced by Totok Priyambodo, who was previously Bank Mandiri's SEVP Commercial Banking.
