Reshuffle Of KAI Management, Erick Thohir Raises Expert Staff Of The Coordinating Ministry For The Economy To Director Of Damri

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir reshuffled the composition of the directors and commissioners of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI. In this reshuffle, there are new names included in the KAI board of directors and commissioners.

This reshuffle is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number SK-61/MBU/03/2024 dated March 5, 2024.

Based on the decree, the Ministry of SOEs appointed Elen Setiadi as Commissioner of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Elen replaces Riza Primadi as Independent Commissioner of KAI.

Elen himself previously served as Expert Staff for Regulation, Law Enforcement, and Economic Resilience of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.

Apart from Elen, the Ministry of SOEs appointed Dadan Rudiansyah as Director of Safety and Security of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and Rosma Handayani as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).

The appointment of Dadan and Rosma is based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number SK-62/MBU/03/2024 dated March 5, 2024.

Dadan was appointed to replace Sandry Pasambuna as Director of KAI's Safety and Security. Meanwhile, Rosma replaced Suparno as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs of KAI.

Dadan Rudiansyah previously served as Commercial Director and Business Development of Perum DAMRI, while Rosma Handayani previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk.

Agus representing KAI management also expressed his gratitude to Riza Primadi, Sandry Pasambuna, and Suparno who have devoted themselves to KAI.
