Darmawan added that Mandiri Digital Services will be built on an area of 1.28 hectares, which will be the pioneer of one-stop-final solution at IKN by providing the best service digitally and offline.

Furthermore, this will be supported by the presence of Smart Branch by Mandiri, Smart Priority Lounge facilities, Co-working Space to Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) for environmentally friendly vehicles.

Darmawan added that the company will also provide cash management solutions, both pick-up and delivery, in the Mandiri LAJU (Money Pick-up Service) service which has now been easily accessed through Kopra by Mandiri.

Furthermore, Darmawan conveyed that in supporting IKN's vision to provide sustainable growth, Bank Mandiri was also present to empower MSME businesses in IKN and surrounding areas by presenting Livin' Merchant as a means of payment and digital bookkeeping.

Darmawan added and the process of applying for Micro credit that was easier and digitized using the Agent Banking System (ABS).
