AHY Will Accompany Jokowi To Inaugurate The Dam In North Sulawesi Today

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) is scheduled to accompany President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in the inauguration of the Lolak Dam in Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi (Sulut). The plan is for the inauguration to be carried out today.

AHY said that he had just received the invitation on Thursday morning, February 22. So, he immediately looked for a plane ticket. Given, the location is quite far from Manado, which takes about 5 hours for a road trip.

"I just received information that I had to fly to North Sulawesi to inspect the location of the Lolak Dam in Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi, about 5 hours of land travel from Manado," AHY said in a post on his personal Instagram account, @agusyudhoyono, quoted Friday, February 23.

On the same day, AHY was actually chairing his first leadership meeting as a minister along with the ranks of the ATR/BPN Ministry.

However, he could not chair the meeting until it was over because of an invitation to attend the inauguration of the Lolak Dam in Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi.

"On the first day of office at @kementerian.atrbpn, I should have chaired a leadership meeting with the Deputy Minister @rajantoni, the secretary general and top officials," he said.

On that occasion, AHY gave a brief direction regarding programs that must be completed from each directorate general (Ditjen).

He also asked the Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN Raja Juli Antoni to provide the results of the meeting to him.

"For that, I provide short directions on programs that need attention and programs that must be completed in the future," he said.
