Officially Listing On IDX, MKAP, LIVE And Compact TABLE Shares Greenen

JAKARTA - PT Multikarya Asia Pacific Raya Tbk. (MKAP), PT Homeco Victoria Makmur Tbk ( LIVE) and PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk. (MJA) officially recorded an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), on Monday, February 12.

At the opening of IDX trading at 09:10 WIB, the shares rose 34.78 percent, 17.57 percent, and 5.83 percent respectively to the price positions of Rp155, Rp174 and Rp109.

Meanwhile, PT Multikarya Asia Pacific Raya Tbk (MKAP) released as many as 650 million shares or 20 percent with an initial offering price of IDR 115 per share with a price earning ratio (PER) of 10.17 times and a prive book value ratio (PBVR) of 1.67 times.

Furthermore, PT Homeco Victorian Makmur (LIVE) released a maximum of 808.35 million shares or the equivalent of 17.60 percent of the recorded total shares at a price of Rp148 with a PER of 9.26 times and PBVR of 1.95 times.

Finally, PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MJA), released a maximum of 480 million shares or the equivalent of 25.03 percent of the company's total issued and paid-up capital. The price for the implementation of the MEJA IPO is IDR 103 per share with PER of 89.47 times with PBVR of 4.68 times.
