Perfect The Transaction System, GT 50 Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road Temporarily Closed

JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) temporarily closed the Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road, Indrapura-Five Puluh Section. Thus, road users are advised to choose another route.

Temporary closures at the Limapuluh Toll Gate (GT) have been carried out since Tuesday, February 6 starting at 00.00 WIB until today, Wednesday, February 7 at 23.59 WIB.

"In order to improve the transaction system on the Indrapura-Five Puluh Toll Road, a temporary lane closure will be carried out at the Limapuluh Toll Gate," wrote Hutama Karya's statement in the upload of the official Instagram account @hktoli Indonesia, quoted Wednesday, February 7.

Thus, road users who want to cross from Fifty to Tebing Tinggi or vice versa are expected to use the national road (non-toll road) as an alternative route.

"I apologize for the inconvenience, yes, and always be careful when driving," he concluded.

The section, which is part of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS), has a length of 47.5 kilometers (km) and has been operated at the end of 2023.

The construction of the Kisaran-Indrapura toll road itself is divided into two sections. Section 1 along 15.6 km that connects Indrapura-Limapuluh. Meanwhile, section 2 along 32.15 km connects Limapuluh-Kisaran.

This toll road was built with an investment value of IDR 6.05 trillion and is managed by the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) PT Hutama Karya (Persero). The infrastructure in North Sumatra connects Batubara Regency on the North side and Asahan Regency on the South side.
