PP Precision Successfully Wins New Contracts Of Up To IDR 6.7 Trillion, Grows Nearly 30 Percent From The Previous Year

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) managed to record a new contract until December 2023 of IDR 6.7 trillion, an increase of 28.7 percent year on year (YoY) compared to December 2022 of IDR 5.2 trillion.

The value of this new contract is dominated by the Company which contributes to contributing to the Marketing value of IDR 4.9 trillion or 74 percent of the total value of the new contract and the rest is obtained from the PPRE subsidiaries.

Meanwhile, based on the Company's business line, the new contract was dominated by the mining services sector by 66 percent or Rp4.4 trillion, where there was an 11 percent growth when compared to last year in the same period, namely 55 percent in the mining service sector.

PPRE managed to get a new contract of Rp923.2 billion at the end of 2023, where the new contract was still dominated by mining service projects of Rp574.5 billion, civil construction of Rp163.4 billion, supporting business lines of Rp28 billion and additional work on civil work projects through PT LMA subsidiaries of Rp157.1 billion.

"The achievement of the new PPRE contract in 2023 which increased 28.7 percent year on year with an increase in the acquisition of new contracts in the mining services sector by 11 percent compared to 2022 shows that the Company's strategy to stay focused on mining services is right. With market potential in the mining sector which is still very large in the future, our enthusiasm and motivation to continue to increase the value of new contracts so that it can boost revenue to increase added value for all stakeholders," said PP Presisi President Director I Gede Upeksa Negara, in his statement, Tuesday, January 30.

Furthermore, said I Gede, his party is targeting the growth in the acquisition of new contracts in 2024 between 15-20 percent and will still be dominated by the mining service sector. He admitted that PPRE will also continue to synergize with PTPP as the parent company in the construction service business, especially infrastructure.
