Ridwan Kamil Disentil About Damaged Roads On The Cipularang Toll Road, Jasa Marga Directly Gercep

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk through Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division opened its voice regarding reports of potholes on the Cipularang Toll Road towards Jakarta.

Senior General Manager of Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division Widiyatmiko Nursejati said his party would immediately search the hole on the Cipularang Toll Road.

"Since 10:00 WIB this morning, the initial action in the form of patching or temporary patching using hotmixes at the location of the hole has been completed along KM 118 to KM 67 Cipularang Toll Road towards Jakarta, namely at KM 118, KM 117, KM 115, KM 113, KM 112, KM 108, KM 107, KM 106, KM 100, KM 82 and a number of points at KM 130 and KM 137 Padalunyi Toll Road towards Cileunyi," Widiyatmiko said in a written statement received by VOI, Friday, January 12.

In addition, said Widiyatmiko, his party will also follow up with further precautions, namely in the form of a road pavement reconstruction program to maintain the safety and security level of road users.

Furthermore, Widiyatmiko said, as an effort to anticipate high rainfall, his party together with PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM) will conduct routine inspections and identification of road damage locations by the inspection team every day.

"We are also alerting a patching team to ensure that the damage to the hole is handled for a maximum of 2x24 hours according to applicable regulations. To optimize this patching work, we also divide into three special teams for the Cipularang Toll Road towards Jakarta," he added.

Previously reported, former West Java (Jabar) Governor Ridwan Kamil or often called Kang Emil commented on the condition of one of the toll roads belonging to PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk or JSMR.

In his latest Instagram Story upload, the man who is currently serving as the curator of the construction of the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) said that the condition of the Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang (Cipularang) Toll Road endangers motorists.

"Yth @pupr_bujt and @official.jasamarga, along Cipularang KM 100-60 towards Jakarta, there are many holes. It is dangerous," he said via uploading Instagram Story @ridwankamil, on Friday, January 12.

In the upload, Kang Emil highlighted the road hole in question that was dangerous by circled it using a red line.

Related to this, Kang Emil also asked the toll road business entity (BUJT) in this case Jasa Marga and related ministries/agencies to immediately repair the toll road. "Please repair it immediately," he added.
