Mobility Beam Starting In 2024 By Presenting New Service, Beam Business Partner

JAKARTA - The new year is synonymous with the determination of new strategic steps for business activities, one of which is by increasingly focusing on sustainable policies or sustainability. Sustainability itself has become a trend for companies in 2023 and is predicted to continue.

Beam Mobility, Asia Pacific's largest micro-mobility company committed to sustainable lifestyle, introduced a new service, #BeamBusinessPartner, a service designated for partner companies to support business activities related to sustainability.

#BeamBusinessPartner is designed to help reduce carbon footprint in an affordable and environmentally friendly way for business partners who have large enough business areas, where employee displacement activities and their customers from one area to another require vehicles to mobilize. With Beam, these activities become more secure, economically efficient, eco-friendly and fun. In addition, this effort can be added value for partner business activities by supporting sustainability.

Ricky Sjofyan, Country Lead Beam Mobility Indonesia, said that his party is aware that the increasing sustainability trend is a priority for many companies.

"For this reason, we are here in a new service that can support the sustainability move of Lab Mobility partners in Indonesia. #BeamBusinessPartner allows the centralization of the bill for using Beams to partners, ease of getting parking priorities, travel insurance in each trip with Beams, and dashboards that can directly record the use of Beams and CO2 which can be saved in real time," he said in his statement, Wednesday, January 10.

Overall, the Beam Business Partner program is the right choice because it helps partners in developing their sustainability businesses through more environmentally friendly and efficient transportation facilities.

Ricky further said that in addition to introducing #BeamBusinessPartner, in 2024 his party will continue to expand services in independent cities or universities both inside and outside Java so that all levels of society can more easily access the Beam Mobility service.

"We will continue to campaign for a sustainable modern lifestyle through BEAM electric bicycles, in order to increase the percentage of commuter users compared to 2023. In addition, we are also committed to improving the quality of the Signal Mobility service in terms of customer service, response-time for clusterers and Marshals to be under 30 minutes, and introducing a new payment system that will make it easier for the public to use the Beam Mobility service," he explained.

In 2019 Beam received a Neutral Climate certification as a company that pays attention to eliminating carbon emissions. Beams are also targeting to go further to reduce carbon emissions by implementing a Reduction Action Plan by switching to using an electric fleet from the latest certified sources, as well as converting to a certificateed energy source for all its operational activities.

"In 2024, we will continue to implement a lean company structure and a more controlled and directed service area to maintain the company's efficient and effective performance in supporting sustainable business growth," concluded Ricky.

Currently Beam Mobility has a regular service by providing a micro-mobility environmentally friendly fleet, where people can use the Beam fleet in a ride-sharing format towards the desired destination. In addition, Beam has two services, namely, Beam for You, which is a service where people can bring units home so that the Beam fleet can be used personally, and Beam Solo, with a flexible scheme used by renting a Beam fleet during the week or daily.

Beam Mobility already serves several cities and areas in Indonesia including educational areas such as the University of Indonesia, Universitas Brawijaya and Padjajaran University, to self-residential areas such as Bintaro, Jababeka, Alam Sutera, Jakarta Garden City, Citra Raya, Sedayu City, BSD and several other residential areas.
