"Banks have committed to resolving the case in accordance with the POJK Consumer Protection and have reported the perpetrators to law enforcement officials, the process is still ongoing," he told VOI, Friday, January 5.

Dian hopes that the problems between banks and several customers are expected to be resolved soon after clarification, reconciliation and settlement agreements are made.

"Of course, in dealing with fraud cases like this, banks also cannot make payments just like that," he explained.
