Fix The Imbas Line Of Train Accidents In Cicalengka, KAI Uses 100 Pilangan Rel Fruits

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) continues to evacuate the Turangga train series related to Surabaya Gubeng Bandung and Commuterline Bandung Raya at km 181+700 plots of roads between Haurpugur Station Cicalengka Station.

During the evacuation process, 200 personnel were deployed consisting of the KAI team, KAI Commuter, BTP for the West Java region of the Ministry of Transportation, Basarnas, and other related Stakeholders.

KAI also uses heavy equipment in the form of 1 crane, 6 electric jacks, and other heavy equipment supporting equipment. The materials used in the process of repairing the route are 100 rail pads.

"Currently, 8 units of the Turangga train and 6 units of the Greater Bandung Commuterline train have been successfully evacuated. So what is still left at the scene is 2 locomotives and 4 train units. KAI together with all stakeholders are trying their best so that the evacuation process can be completed in the not too distant future," said VP Public Relations of KAI Joni Martinus to the media, Friday, January 5.

PT KAI also apologized to KAI passengers for the disturbance that occurred so as to affect the trip.

"KAI apologizes for the disruption of train travel that occurred. During the evacuation process, KA-KA trips that will pass in the Haurpugur 'Cicalengka area are carried out by engineering operational patterns in the form of rotating roads and diversion using other transportation," said Joni.
