Jamkrindo Provides Music Tool Assistance For Students With Disabilities

JAKARTA - PT. Indonesian Credit Guarantee (Jamkrindo) as a guarantee company that is part of the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) holding also enlivened the commemoration of the 2023 National Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Jamkrindo's contribution to empowering was realized in the provision of assistance in the form of patrol and gamelan musical instruments to N Gedangan SLB students, Sidoarjo, East Java, on December 12, 2023. Assistance was given symbolically by the Jamkrindo team to the Principal of SLB N Gedangan Miseri.

Jamkrindo Corporate Secretary Aribowo said that the assistance in the form of musical instruments to SLB N Gedangan is expected to meet basic needs and develop students' interests and talents with disabilities in the non-kacademic field, especially cultural arts.

"We hope that SLB N Gedangan students can express themselves and be more enthusiastic about studying at school," said Aribowo, quoted on Thursday, December 28.

Aribowo continued that the provision of educational facilities is a form of Jamkrindo's responsibility and concern for the community. Especially for students with disabilities who are entitled to the same opportunity to become superior and independent individuals.

In addition to recruiting people with disabilities, Aribowo revealed that previously the company had also provided assistance and training to people with disabilities so that they could continue to work and be empowered. On the previous occasion, the company had organized public speaking training activities for people with disabilities.
