JCI Opens Up 1.20 Percent, BBRI and BBCA Shares Are Top Gainers

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) at the opening of trading Thursday 14 December 2023 experienced a strengthening of 84.68 points or 1.20 percent to 7,160.02 at 09.12 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) this morning.

Meanwhile, the JCI opened at 7,075.34, while the highest level for the JCI today was 7,165.16 and the lowest was 7,131.12.

The total share trading volume on the IDX reached 3.78 billion, with a transaction value reaching IDR 1.72 trillion. There were 261 shares rising, 141 shares falling, and 193 shares flat.

As for those who entered the Top Gainers ranks, namely PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE) rose 825 or 16.34 percent to IDR 5,875, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) rose 200 or 3.77 percent to IDR 5,500, and shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) rose 175 or 2.02 percent to IDR 8,850.

Meanwhile, among the top losers, PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) fell 450 or 7.35 percent to IDR 5,675, shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (ISAT) fell 100 or 1.72 percent to IDR 5,725, and shares PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) fell 125 or 1.65 percent to IDR 7,450.
