Carrying The 'Lift Off' Theme, Grand Batang City Is Ready To Operate Next Year

JAKARTA - Grand Batang City (GBC) or PT Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KITB) celebrates the 3rd Dirgahayu on Sunday, December 10, 2023 until Monday, December 11, 2023. With the theme 'Lift Off', Grand Batang City City is ready to take off for operations in 2024 with the best facilities and utilities.

GBC's 3rd Dirgahayu series includes Fun Run, Fun Golf, and Joint Tasyakuran. The entire series of events was attended by PJ Regent Batang, Board of Commissioners of GBC, Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero), All Directors of the Danareksa Cluster, Directors and Management of PTPN, Perusda Batang, Contractors, Tenant, Batang Community and of course all Directors, Management and Employees of GBChamps.

Fun Run was held on Sunday, December 11, 2023 at the Grand Batang City Management Office which was opened by PJ Regent Batang and President Director of GBC and witnessed by GBC Commissioners and Directors. This activity was attended by 350 Fun Run participants. In the afternoon continued with the Fun Golf activities in Semarang.

"Happy birthday KITB, where this time it carries the theme 'Lift Off' which means KITB is ready to take off for operations in 2024. I wish you a happy 3rd birthday of PT KITB. Hopefully, PT KITB will grow and progress and make a big contribution to development for Indonesia and Batang Regency," said PJ Regent Batang, Lani Dwi Rejeki.

Monday, December 11, 2023, Grand Batang City held a meeting at the Management Office by inviting and providing compensation to 50 Orphans and students from Darussalam Islamic Boarding School and Al-Huda Islamic Boarding Schools around the area.

Not only that, in the series of Dirgahayu GBC, it provides outstanding scholarships for the sons and daughters of employees, and as one of the CSRs in the environmental sector, Grand Batang City provides 1,000 productive fruit tree seedlings for 4 Penyagga Villages.

President Director of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang, Ngurah Wirawan said, the company's facilities and utilities can run well so that it can achieve the targets set and next year it is ready to operate.

"The operation of selling clean water, wastewater processing operations, solid waste processing installations and regional internet ICT system operations, all of that can only be done with all company management with infrastructure ready to operate and ready to take off. I thank my predecessor the directors and employees who have clearing the mat from the rubber plantation into infrastructure and facilities that already exist, thank you very much. For outstanding sons and daughters, do not be spectators, learn well and become an inseparable part of PT Integrated Industrial Zone Batang," said Ngurah Wirawan.

Yadi Jaya Ruchandi, President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) thanked the board of directors, as well as KITB employees. He also expressed his gratitude to stakeholders because the government's assistance was quite a lot for KITB.

"Hopefully KITB will become an area that can truly provide economic growth, and create harmony with the surrounding community to open jobs for the surrounding community. Until now, it is quite proud, but the journey is still far away and next year will be inaugurated by the president. The company within the Danareksa can support whatever KITB will do. Hopefully KITB will bring blessings to all of us," said Yadi.
