Issuing IDR 500 Billion Bonds, IIF Offers Up To 7.25 Percent Coupons

JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) issued sustainable bonds II Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Phase I Year 2023 worth IDR 500 billion. Where, offering coupons ranging from 6.25 percent to 7.25 percent.

President Director IIF Reynaldi Hermansjah explained that the issuance of these bonds was divided into three series, namely Series A for a period of one year with coupons of 6.25- 6.95, Series B for a period of three years with coupons of 6.60 - 7.10, and Series C for a period of five years with coupons of 6.75- 7.25.

"One of the uniqueness and advantages of IIF over other financing companies is that IIF has deep understanding and experience in the implementation of ESG principles," Reynaldi said quoting Antara.

The public offering period will take place on December 15, 2023, the allotment period on December 19, 2023, followed by an electronic distribution date (emission) on December 21, 2023.

"Then, the date of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is December 22, 2023," said Reynaldi.

In its corporate action, IIF appointed Mandiri Sekuritas as the lead arranger, then, BCA Sekuritas, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, and Indopremier as the Underwriters. Meanwhile, Bank Mega was appointed as the trustee.

PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) has pinned the idAAA rating on the bonds issued by the company.

Previously, on November 17, 2023, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) had given permission in the form of a pre-effective statement against this corporate action.

As an effort to expand its business, Reynaldi explained that the issuance of bonds this time IIF also has a mission to involve the community broadly in participating and contributing to the growth of sustainable infrastructure projects in Indonesia through investment instruments.

"The sustainable infrastructure project in question is a project that has and obeys the principles of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) in it," said Reynaldi.
