Surya Biru Murni Gets 12 New Contracts Until September 2023

JAKARTA - Gas inorganic chemical industry company PT Surya Biru Murni Acetylene Tbk (SBMA) recorded 12 new contracts with customers (customers) until the period September 2023.

SBMA Corporate Secretary Indrawijaya Rangkuti said the company had just won a contract to purchase liquid oxygen with PT Ono Kreasi Gasindo on September 1, 2023.

"For Balikpapan, it is still on progress tender at Elnusa, for the procurement of liquid nitrogen on progress as well as Kutai Refinery Nusantara for the demand for Lin's needs. And currently, on the process of liquid nitrogen for the needs of PT Gemilang Utama Nusantara in Muara Wahau," said Indrawijaya quoting between.

He detailed that the company had produced ASP KDON 550/700 (old ASP) as many as 302,617 cubic meters (m3) for the period January to May 2023, and produced 1.22 million m3 KDO 1500 Y (new ASP) ASP for the period from June to August 2023.

"Furthermore, there is 1.1 million m3 of Filling Station production, and there is also 487 tons of Acetylene Plant products as of August 2023," said Indrawijaya.

Indrawijaya said the company has carefully formulated a series of comprehensive strategies in anticipating the political year in 2024, by ensuring the company remains resilient, adaptable, and continues to grow.

Previously, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in May 2023, the company decided to distribute cash dividends worth IDR 1.39 billion or equivalent to IDR 1.5 per share.

The dividend was distributed by the company on June 16, 2023 to shareholders whose names were recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders as of June 9, 2023 at 16.00 WIB.
