JAKARTA - The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif opened his voice about the government's discourse to provide subsidies for Pertamax fuel oil (BBM).
"There's no such talk!" Arifin told the media, Monday, August 28.
Arifin explained that his presence at the Presidential Palace was to attend a limited meeting to discuss air pollution in Jakarta with several related ministries.
He added that at the meeting there was no discussion of subsidies for Pertalite.
"There was no discussion about the Pertamax subsidy. We've already said that Pertamax is really subsidized? No, right," said Arifin.
