JAKARTA Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani turned out to be a figure who was quite looking forward to the arrival of the 2024 election democracy party. This he revealed when he was a keynote speaker at the Indonesia Data and Economic (IDE) 2023 forum.

To note, as the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Sri Mulyani certainly has a professional interest in providing resources through the State Budget to ensure that the 2024 election can be held. On the other hand, as a public figure, she also has a social responsibility to be able to educate the public so that democratic parties can be held smoothly and safely.

VOI noted that the total election budget that has been prepared by the government from 2022 to early 2023 is IDR 25 trillion. This amount will later be added in accordance with the planned needs in the 2023 budget year and the 2024 State Budget.
