Nitra Ulima Mining Company Targets Sales Of IDR 508 Billion In 2023

JAKARTA - PT Ulima Nitra Tbk (UNIQ), issuers engaged in contractors and leases for plantation equipment, are optimistic that the target set in 2023 can be realized optimally. The reason is, throughout 2022 the company managed to record a very significant profit of 200 percent thanks to the business strategy that has been undertaken.

Director of PT Ulima Nitra Tbk Ulung Wijaya explained, management targets net profit to grow by 20 percent or to Rp30 billion, then sales also increased by Rp508 billion or an increase of 20 percent compared to last year.

"We believe that with the remaining 6 months, the company can realize the targets that have been set. Moreover, the increase in coal prices in the next few months will contribute to the company's performance," he said during the Webinar Hidden Gem Issuer Energy, Wednesday, June 21.

Ulung also added that this year the company has succeeded in pocketing 2 new contracts, namely at Muara Enim, South Sumatra, and in Jambi. The contract obtained is a continuation of the 5 contracts that have been announced in 2022. And it is hoped that with this contract, it can contribute to the Company's financial performance.

"Last year, the Company managed to get a contract from PT Budi Gema Gempita, then collaborated with PT Citra Baya Raya, and PT Kasih Karya Agung," he added.

Meanwhile, in the near future PT Ulima Nitra Tbk will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. One of the agenda items of the AGMS will agree to distribute dividends to shareholders. However, the company has not been able to explain in detail how much dividends will be distributed.

UNIQ is currently listed as a keynote shareholder, with PBV 1.1x which is relatively cheap when compared to industry peers. UNIQ's stock performance has also been very successful in the last 2 months, which has risen more than 122 percent since early May 2023.
