"Those who buy housing have a bonus for getting access to train stations. This means that after waking up, taking a shower, they can immediately take a KRL. So, it does not depend on private vehicles that often create traffic jams, especially in Jabodetabek," he said.

President Jokowi hopes that similar housing can be built in other big cities where congestion rates are high, such as in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Makassar, and others, especially on land owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) which has not been properly utilized.

"We have to build as many houses as possible like this. Land is provided by PT KAI in collaboration with Perumnas and the Ministry of PUPR for construction," he added.
