The Minister of Finance explained that the latest contribution from the APBN was reflected in the construction of Tobacco Products Industrial Estates (KIHT) in Sumenep, Pamekasan, and Sidoarjo Regencies.
"This is our way of utilizing profit-sharing funds (DBH) excise on tobacco products (CHT) as well as providing benefits to the wider community, farmers, laborers, and business actors," he said.
Furthermore, the state treasurer also said that one of the most important keys so that the presence of the state budget is not in vain is through improving the quality of spending.
"We are transferring to the regions, including the general allocation fund in Sumenep, and of course we hope that basic services will emerge to the community which are as good as other regions," said Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani.
