Asked The Issue Of The Reshuffle, Minister Of Trade Zulhas: I Am In Charge Of Chili, Rice, Bawang, Fried Oil

JAKARTA - Minister of Trade (Mendag) Zulkifli Hasan has spoken about the issue of re-shaking or reshuffling the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet.

He admitted that he did not know anything about the reshuffle plan.

Zulhas, as Zulkifli Hasan is familiarly called, emphasized that the reshuffle is the prerogative of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). Therefore, Zulhas admitted that he was reluctant to interfere.

Zulhas said that as a minister his job is to take care of the price of chilies to onions.

"I don't take care of it (I don't take care of it) if it's a reshuffle, (I'm) it's a matter of chili, cooking oil, rice, onions," he told reporters, Tuesday, January 31.

For your information, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) summoned the President Director of Perum Bulog Budi Waseso (Buwas) to the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, today. Jokowi also summoned the Minister of Trade Zulkifli Hasan.

The summons of Buwas and Zulkifli Hasan was made amid news of a cabinet reshuffle or reshuffle on Wednesday.
