PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) officially acquired 83.52 percent of shares or the equivalent of 7,533,148,888 shares of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SBI) owned by PT Semen Indonesia Industri Bangunan (SIIB).
The value of the acquisition transaction reached IDR 10.99 trillion based on the Deed of Sale and Purchase Agreement Number 155 dated December 29, 2022. This transaction is a Material Transaction as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020.
