JAKARTA - The government through the Directorate General of Customs and Excise at the Ministry of Finance said that the stipulation of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 155/PMK.04/2022 concerning Customs Provisions in the Export Sector which will apply January 1, 2023 is a more clear and firm legal umbrella for business actors.
