JAKARTA - PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Persero) or PT TASPEN (Persero) is committed to continuously improving the quality of services for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and ASN Pensioners.

This commitment is realized through the TASPEN PESONA service innovation (Reliable Response to Save Pensioners with Corona Free Services) which makes it easier for participants to get optimal service during the COVID-19 pandemic by utilizing digital technology.

For these efforts, TASPEN PESONA was awarded the TOP 45 Public Service Innovations in the Joint Awarding of Public Services and Bureaucratic Reform from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemen PAN-RB). The award was handed over by the Minister of PAN-RB Abdullah Azwar Anas to the Main Director of TASPEN A.N.S. Kosasih at the Bidakara Hotel Jakarta, Tuesday, December 6.

The Main Director of TASPEN A.N.S Kosasih said it was an honor for his party to be able to receive the TOP 45 Public Service Innovation award from the Ministry of PAN-RB. As an SOE, he said, TASPEN is always committed to continuing to provide the best for participants and the community through a variety of innovations, one of which is TASPEN PESONA which brought TASPEN to become the only BUMN that has won the TOP 45 Public Service Innovation award this year.

"For that, we thank all TASPEN people who work hard and produce optimal performance in implementing innovation. We hope this award can be a trigger so that TASPEN can present other innovations to increase the ease of participants getting services", said Kosasih, in his written statement.

The awarding event themed "Improving the Quality of Public Services and Bureaucratic Reform Towards a World-Class Bureaucracy" is the result of a collaboration between the Deputy for Public Services and the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability, and Oversight of the Ministry of PAN-RB.

Activities are held by the mandate of Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services and Presidential Regulation No. 81 of 2020 concerning the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform 2010-2025 in the Context of Realizing Excellent Public Services and World Class Government.

PAN-RB Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas said the awarding activity was an effort to accelerate bureaucratic reform and public services in Indonesia.

"We hope that this award can be replicated in several regions. And according to President Joko Widodo's direction, the bureaucracy is expected to be more impactful, more agile, and faster", said Abdullah Azwar Anas.

In the TASPEN PESONA Program, dynamically TASPEN has presented digital-based services, including E-Klim, Taspen Care (T-Care), and Taspen Authentication services which can be accessed only via a smartphone.

This year, the E-KLIM service is being developed again through TASPEN One Hour Online Services (TOOS) as a TASPEN service application for the convenience of integrated participants. Going forward, TASPEN will always follow technological developments in presenting more reliable service innovations.
