Minister Of Manpower Ida Fauziyah Please Cooperate For Training And Placement Of Elderly Nurses In Japan Can Develop

JAKARTA - The Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah hopes that the cooperation between the Government of Indonesia and the Hinode Group, especially in the field of training and placement of elderly nurses or caregivers can be more developed. This was conveyed by the Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah during a meeting with the President of General Incorporated Institution Hinode Medical Welfare Group, Takeshi Onishi, at Sun Home Amagasaki, Japan Hyogo Prefecture, Monday, November 28. Ida said that through a meeting with Hinode Welfare Group, it is hoped that it can provide more comprehensive information on the management of nursing home facilities in Japan. Since several years ago, continued Ida, the Japanese Government has encouraged the acceptance ofgangan participants and foreign workers through the Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) scheme. "Of course this is an opportunity for Indonesian human resources who want to work as elderly/caregiver nurses in Japan, considering that Japan is interested in the ability and attitude of Indonesian workers who are known to be friendly and polite," he said.

At this meeting, the Minister of Manpower Ida also expressed his gratitude for the cooperation carried out by the Government of Indonesia and the Hinode Group in providing training and placement for elderly/caregiver nurses in Japan. "Hopefully in the future, the cooperation between the Indonesian Government and the Hinode Group through the SSW scheme will be greater and more beneficial," he said.
