Pertamina Make Sure The Energy Supply Is Protected During The G20 Summit

Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that energy supplies during the G20 Summit in Bali on November 15-16. For this reason, Pertamina Patra Niaga has made preparations so that services and energy supplies in Bali run safely.

The first is to ensure that all supply points, namely BBM Terminal, LPG Terminal, and Aircraft Filling Depot (DPPU) are in optimal condition. Second, ensure that the stock at supply points and distribution agencies such as gas stations, LPG outlets, fishing gas stations, and aircraft filling are all safe. Third, prepare Green Energy Station (GES) facilities that offer Charging Station and Battery Swapping Station services, as well as various environmentally friendly fuels for the needs of delegates and the community," explained Pertamina Patra Niaga's President Director, Alfian Nasution in his statement, Friday 11 November.

Alfian added, as an international event, the need for Avtur is one of the priority services. Pertamina Patra Niaga on the G20 occasion will also serve the needs of Avtur public passenger aircraft and representatives of delegates from G20 countries.

At the G20, it is estimated that there will be an increase in Avtur consumption at Bali's Ngurah Rai Airport by around 3 percent, but the peak increase in Avtur consumption is estimated to occur on November 17 upon return with consumption estimates increasing by 25 percent from normal consumption.

"To ensure Avtur's needs are safe, we will add tankers and prioritize clothing and unloading for Avtur products. Worker arrangements and additional revolving trucks will also be carried out. Pertamina Patra Niaga will also coordinate closely with airlines, Angkasa Pura, TNI, POLRI, and Airnav in ensuring the service process runs smoothly," said Alfian.

In addition, Pertamina Patra Niaga will also prepare Pertamina facilities and facilities for Avtur services at several supporting airports around Bali, including Juanda Surabaya, Abdurahman Saleh Malang, Blimbingsari Banyuwangi, Lombok Praya, and Komodo Airport.

"We will operate all Pertamina's sarphas at this supporting airport 24 hours during the G20," he added.

Apart from Avtur, Pertamina Patra Niaga will alert all fuel and LPG distribution agencies, including 205 regular gas stations, 133 Pertashops, 4 fishermen's gas stations, 3 Kompak gas stations, and 2 points for one-price gas station distribution agencies. Likewise with LPG, 18 Elpiji Bulk Filling and Transportation Stations (SPPBE), 102 subsidized LPG agents, and 22 non-subsidized LPG agents are ready to meet the needs of public LPG, restaurants, and hotels.

Pertamina Patra Niaga also supports the use of environmentally friendly energy with GES, environmentally friendly gas stations which in its operation are supported by the PV Solar System, provide environmentally friendly fuel products, and also services for electric vehicles.

Currently, at least 57 GES gas stations have been and are being prepared to operate in Denpasar City, Badung Regency, Jembrana Regency, Gianyar Regency, and Buleleng Regency.

"In addition to operations that are more environmentally friendly with the PV Solar System, GES will also serve with Pertamina's leading environmentally friendly products, namely the Pertamax Series and Dex Series," he added.
