TMII Ready To Pay Retired Schools That Have Not Been Paid

The management of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (TWC) (Persero) as the manager of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) in East Jakarta is committed to solving the problem of retired employees severance pay that has not been paid. AVP Finance, General Affair &Human Capital TMII, Leonardus Adityo Nugroho said the management and representatives of retired employees had met and found an agreement. "We have received an answer that this severance pay will be completed in November and December," said Leonardus Adityo Nugroho in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, November 1. Leo added, from the agreement that the payment of the TMII retired severance pay fund would be given in stages. For the first phase, severance payout payments are given around November 25, 2022. The second stage will be paid at the end of December 2022. "Payment for the period March-July 2022. The month after that will be completed in stages because this is a priority scale," said Leo. Dozens of retired TMII employees have held a protest in front of the TMII Central Management building in East Jakarta, Tuesday. The action was held to protest related to the TMII retired employees who had not been given by PT TWC as the manager of TMII. The masses also demanded a written agreement regarding the provision of severance pay funds that had been going on since March 2022. A total of 30 retired TMII have not received severance pay.
