JAKARTA - Property developers are integrated with mass transportation of PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) to obtain a marketing sales contract for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) of Rp. 117 billion. This contract was obtained by Adhi Commuter in the Indonesia Propert Expo (IPEX) event which will take place on August 13-21, 2022.

AdCP Marketing Director Indra Syahruzza said this year's IPEX achievement illustrates that TOD housing is increasingly in demand by the public.

"We see that the enthusiasm of the community for property, especially TOD housing, is reflected in the IPEX 2022 event. People are starting to understand that having housing close to mass transportation, in this case Light Rapid Transit (LRT) will provide ease of mobility, especially people with high productivity," said Indra in his statement quoted by Antara, Tuesday, August 30.

TOD housing is an integrated residential mass transportation that supports a new lifestyle for urban communities by presenting areas that can be reached by pedestrians or cyclists with comfortable routes and optimizing land use functions with affordable access to public services.

In addition, TOD land development also tends to be compact with the vertical concept, connected to networks for pedestrians and cyclists connected to residential areas, as well as reducing private vehicles by providing public transportation and pedestrians (shift and transit).

The use of mass transportation facilities close to residential areas makes people stress-free due to traffic jams, free toll fees, gasoline, parking, and of course helping to support the government in reducing air pollution.

"This achievement also illustrates the shift in the market demand to residential areas that are integrated with mass transportation," said Indra.

Indra said that ADCP is optimistic about the achievement of marketing sales in 2022. In the first semester, ADCP managed to record a 47 percent increase in marketing sales (yoy), plus 166 units sold in IPEX with the three highest support projects in contract land covering LRT City Bekasi - Eastern Green by 17 percent, followed by LRT City Bekasi - Green Avenue by 16 percent, and LRT City Ciracas by 13 percent.

"We are optimistic that with the achievement of marketing sales until the end of 2022, the housing of TOD ADCP in the future will be increasingly attractive to the public," said Indra.

This year, the development for 12 projects will continue to be accelerated and ADCP will focus on accelerating the completion of project construction in Bekasi, Sentul and Tangerang.

In addition to developing a recurring income business, in the near future ADCP will bring GranDhika Property Services (GPS), which is a residential rental management service aimed at LRT City consumers who want to make housing an investment to be rented out with easy cooperation and a profitable profit sharing.
