Timur Pradopo Leaving His Position As Commissioner Of Pollux Hotels Group, This Is The Footprint Of The Former National Police Chief

JAKARTA - Former National Police Chief, Timur Pradopo, has released his position as an independent commissioner at PT Pollux Hotels Group (POLI). Timur Pradopo's resignation letter was addressed to the company's management on July 22, 2022.

The property and real estate company also processed the resignation of the former Metro Jaya Police Chief in accordance with applicable regulations. Pollux Hotels management admits that they will discuss the resignation of the former West Java Regional Police Chief at the general meeting of shareholders, on Thursday, July 28 tomorrow to comply with the provisions of POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014.

"We received the resignation letter of Mr. Timur Pradopo on 22 July 2022," wrote Pollux Hotels Director, Subramanian Arumugam, quoted Wednesday 27 July.

Pollux Hotel management confirmed that fact had no material impact. Both in terms of operational activities, law, financial condition, or business continuity of the issuer as a public company.

According to Pollux Hotels' official website, General (Ret.) Timur Pradopo, has served as an independent director since 2014. He also serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Pollux Investasi Internasional formerly PT Royal Royce Properties since April 2020.

Timur has served at Properties Indonesia since June 2019 after previously serving as commissioner for the 2015-2017 period, as the main commissioner for the 2017 edition, and as commissioner for the company's 2017-2018 period.

Previously, Timur in the police world had served as West Jakarta Metro Police Chief 1997-1999, Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief 1999-2000, Head of the Regional Police Operations Command and Control Center (Kapuskodal Ops Polda) West Java 2000.

He served as Head of the Education and Training Unit of the Police Academy for Education and Training in 2002, Inspector for Regional Supervision of the Bali Regional Police for 2004-2005, the Head of the Banten Police for 2005-2008, and the Head of the Police Training Center for Officers in 2008. Then, he became the Head of the West Java Police for 2008-2010, the Kapolda for Metro Jaya 2010, the Head of the 2010 National Police Security Maintenance Agency, and the Head of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) 2010-2013 edition.

Timur Pradopo, received his education at the Indonesian National Police Administration and Leadership Staff College (Sespati Polri) for the 2001 period.
