Pertamina Opens Voice About Solar Scarcity In Bengkulu

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel opened its voice regarding the news of the scarcity of diesel fuel in the Bengkulu area.

Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR of South Sumatra, Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, explained that Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel ensures there will be no reduction in fuel supply in the Bengkulu area and Pertamina is committed to ensuring that the distribution of fuel remains safe and meets the needs of the community.

"Indeed, currently there is an increase in fuel consumption in the community. Based on our records, for the realization of subsidized fuel for certain types of fuel in the form of bio-diesel for Bengkulu Province, there has been an increase in consumption of around 10 percent from the projected quota for June 2022," he told VOI, Tuesday. 26 July.

Nikho added that currently his party has also sent an official letter and instructions that are in line with the ESDM circular regarding the JBT type of fuel service so that it is right on target.

"It is hoped that all gas stations will be able to immediately carry out the instructions and vehicles transporting Mineral and Coal are not allowed to fill subsidized diesel fuel in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014 and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2001," Nikho explained.

Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel, he continued, has also coordinated with gas stations in Bengkulu City. The goal is to prioritize vehicles that comply with regulations, including AKAP buses.

For information, according to the governor's circular letter in March, the distribution of Bio Solar fuel is carried out at 22.00-05.00 WIB specifically at 7 gas stations in Bengkulu City.

"Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel continues to be committed to ensuring that fuel distribution can be right on target in accordance with applicable allocations and regulations," he concluded.
