Unilever Indonesia, Producers Of Lifebouy, Pepsodent, And Walls Ice Cream To Disburse IDR 5.77 Trillion Dividend, Here's The Schedule

JAKARTA - PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) distributed dividends of 100 percent of last year's profit. Manufacturers of consumer goods such as Lifebouy Soap, Pepsodent toothpaste, and Wallaini Ice Cream, in total, distributed dividends of IDR 5.77 trillion or IDR 150 per share.

UNVR has distributed an interim dividend of IDR 66 per share or IDR 2.52 trillion on December 16, 2021. Unilever will issue a final dividend of IDR 84 per share or a total of IDR 3.20 trillion.

The decision has been approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

"The determination of the use of Unilever's profit for the financial year ending on December 31, 2021, in which we will distribute a final dividend of IDR 84 per share," said President Director of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) Ira Noviarti in a public presentation on Wednesday, June 15 June.

For information, last year UNVR posted net sales of IDR 39.5 trillion. The foods & refreshment category became the main support for sales with a growth of 1.4 percent year on year (yoy).

Even so, UNVR's net sales last year fell 8 percent year-on-year. UNVR's net profit also declined.

Unilever Indonesia won a net profit of Rp5.75 trillion in 2021, down 19.69 percent.

- Cum dividend in regular market and negotiated market: June 23, 2022

- Ex dividend on regular market and negotiated market: June 24, 2022

- Cum dividend on cash market: June 27, 2022

- Ex dividend on cash market: June 28, 2022

- Recording date entitled to dividends: June 27, 2022

- Dividend payment: July 13, 2022
