LPEI Gets Bank Mandiri To Support Export Transactions

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Export Financing Agency (LPEI) or Indonesia Eximbank cooperates with Bank Mandiri to encourage the use of financial transactions to support export transaction activities.

This cooperation is realized through cooperation in the provision and utilization of banking services, credit guarantees, bank services for LPEI customers including LPEI employee payroll.

"This collaboration is one of LPEI's steps in optimizing the mandate given by the government, especially in advancing national exports. Cooperation with Bank Mandiri is a very good step," said LPEI Executive Director Rijani Tirtoso in a statement in Jakarta, Saturday, April 9.

In addition, LPEI as an institution with sovereign status can provide guarantees for banks with an RWA weighting (Risk Weighted Assets) of 0 percent, assets that are guaranteed to have current quality and exceptions to the calculation of the Maximum Lending Limit (BMPK) / Maximum Fund Distribution Limit (BMPD). ), so that it can provide benefits for banks and business actors.

Bank Mandiri Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar said, through this collaboration, LPEI can also enjoy a variety of banking transaction services, including credit facilities that can be utilized by LPEI employees.

"This collaboration is also part of developing Bank Mandiri's wholesale transaction business, one of which is by providing financial services that can assist financial management to encourage LPEI business development going forward," said Alexandra.
