In an official statement, quoted on Tuesday, March 22, ROTI will hold an annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on April 12, 2022. In the AGM which is planned to be held at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta, ROTI will discuss a number of agendas including approval of the directors' annual report regarding the running of the company for the 2021 financial year and ratification of the 2021 balance sheet and profit and loss account.

The Annual GMS will also discuss approval of the determination and use of net profit in 2021, as well as approval of changes to the composition of the company's management.

Throughout 2021, ROTI has taken a number of initiatives and management of production activities to increase profitability.
