Netizens Made A Fuss About The Wealth Of Juragan 99, This Is What Al-Azhar University Law Experts Say

JAKARTA - A legal expert from Al-Azhar University, Suparji Ahmad, has raised his voice about the noise of Juragan 99's assets on social media. The Director of Solutions and Advocacy of the Institute (SA Institut) assessed that accusations without evidence regarding Juragan 99's Wealth that was posted on social media could be brought to justice.

As is known, the problem of Crazy Rich Malang's assets, Gilang Widya Pramana or popularly called Juragan 99, has become the focus of netizens. Netizens suspect that Juragan 99's private jet belongs to businessman Onny Hendro Adhyaksono or Kaji Edan.

Kaji Edan himself has clarified and denied the issue. In fact, Kaji Edan said that the private jet issue was slanderous because he did not know Juragan 99.

Suparji Ahmad said that Kaji Edan's clarification steps were correct. This, according to him, can be evidence so that there are no more netizens who fuss over the MS Glow CEO's wealth.

With this clarification, Suparji Ahmad continued, of course, the person who first brought up the issue of Kaji Edan's private jet Juragan 99 could be reported to the police on charges of defamation and violation of the ITE Law. That's if the two victims want to report it.

"They can be reported under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph (3) with a maximum sentence of 6 years", said Suparji Ahmad in his statement, Thursday, March 17.

Suparji Ahmad also advised netizens or anyone who uses gadgets to be wise in social media.

"Yes, anyone must develop a positive narrative, don't be suspicious, let alone slander", he explained.
