PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Wins Three Awards Indonesia CSR Excellence Award 2022

JAKARTA - PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya as a Food BUMD for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has won three awards at the same time at the Indonesia CSR Excellence Award (ICEA) 2022. This prestigious event gives awards to a number of well-known companies in Indonesia.

The three awards are Best in provision of Literacy & Education Award, Best CSR in Cooperation Program With Cooperative and The Best Leadership Focus on CSR Program. The judge for ICEA 2022, Professor Martani Huseini said there were three research functions, teaching functions, and community service.

"One of the functions of this CSR award, this community service is interesting for me so that I can share it with all parties because this CSR award activity is very important," said Martani at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday 9 March.

The ICEA 2022 award was received by the President Director of Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Pamrihadi Wiraryo, together with the Director of Finance and General Affairs Budi Santoso and the Director of Operations and Business, Andre Maulana.

President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Pamrihadi Wiraryo, said that the 2022 ICEA Award was obtained because Food Station had adopted CSR towards ISO 26000 Social Responsibility. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused global economic conditions to become uncertain, Food Station is still present in the community to help provide cheap food in urban villages with good quality and affordable prices for the community.

"The holding of the 2022 ICEA awards ceremony is very positive, especially motivating us to continue to improve our achievements as well as corporate social responsibility," said Pamrihadi.

This award is also the result of the hard work of the entire team. This award can be achieved because of the contribution of each work unit in the company, starting from upstream to downstream activities.

Apart from that, he said, thanks to the support and direction from the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, who always motivates DKI BUMD to always be there to provide benefits to Jakarta residents.

"This award is a contribution from all of us starting from the board of directors, commissioners, employees and related stakeholders. Thank you to all those who have supported Food Station's performance so far," he said.

Furthermore, Pamrihadi said that Food Station has a concept of 5 CSR pillars. The first is education, the second is the environment, the third is technological solutions, the fourth is social and cultural and people's economy, and the last is health and product responsibility.

"So it's similar to this, although there is no deposit from the Ministry of SOEs, we have implemented 3 pillars of CSR covered by the Ministry of SOEs, namely education, environment, social culture and people's economy," he said.

Regarding CSR, it is often not possible to separate one pillar from another in its implementation.

"For example, since a few years ago we developed a smart farming farming method. To get to the smart farming concept, we collaborated with UGM to conduct training for farmers so that they are technologically savvy. For example, fertilization and seedling technology so that they are evenly distributed and so on," he said.

"We cooperate with UGM, because it was our friends from UGM who invented the algorithm technology that can define the fertilizer needs of a land. So farmers can be efficient in using fertilizers," he added.

For your information, ICEA 2022 is attended by more than 200 BUMN, BUMD, National and multinational private companies. Then selected to be 100 finalist companies. After going through an assessment process including judging interviews, the jury determined 40 companies to receive the 2022 ICEA awards.
