Sido Appears To Hold GMS On March 30, Here Are The Details Of The Agenda

JAKARTA - The manufacturer of Tolak Angin and Nails Bima Energy, PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUSPT) on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Located in Semarang, Sido Muncul will seek shareholder approval for the five agendas of the RUSPT.

The first agenda, Sido Muncul seeks shareholder approval for SIDO's financial statements for the 2021 financial year. Then, RUSPT will also discuss the appointment of an independent public accountant to audit SIDO's books in 2022.

The next agenda is to determine the use of Sido Muncul's net profit for the 2021 financial year. The company owned by the Hidayat Brothers conglomerate is one of the issuers that generously distributes part of the profits to shareholders in the form of dividends. Sido Muncul distributes dividends twice a year.

"The agenda for the fourth meeting was to determine the salary or honorarium and other allowances for members of the board of commissioners and the granting of authority to the board of commissioners of Sido Muncul to determine the salaries and allowances of directors," SIDO management wrote on the information disclosure page of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), quoted Wednesday 9 March .

The last agenda to be discussed in the RUSPT is the approval to honorably dismiss all members of the board of directors and commissioners of Sido Muncul due to the expiration of their term of office and reappointment of all members of the board of directors and commissioners of Sido Muncul.
