He said related to land acquisition around the toll road project, Hutama Karya also continues to coordinate with related parties so that land can be acquired immediately and construction can be carried out.
"The progress is currently in the research stage by the LHK Ministry's Integrated Team, so we'll just have to wait," he said.
He said that the Pekanbaru-Bangkinang toll road was planned to be opened before Idul Fitri 2022 and was just waiting for directions from the central government.
He further said that apart from requiring land, toll road construction designed on a large scale also requires capital and is a project that the government relies on to be able to break down congestion and become a source of state treasury income.
