JAKARTA - The Bali Provincial Government has not been able to disburse the Additional Employee Income (TPP) worth a total of Rp. 100 billion for ASN in the provincial government. The reason, until now is still constrained permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

"A total of around Rp. 100 billion for TPP ASN payments for the two months (January-February 2022) that have not been paid," said Head of the Bali Province Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Dewa Tagel Wirasa, quoted by Antara, Sunday 6 March.

Dewa Tagel said, to disburse the TPP, you must first obtain permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).

However, before the Ministry of Home Affairs issues a permit, the Ministry of Home Affairs must ask for consideration from the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu).

"After there are considerations or recommendations from the Ministry of Finance, then the permit will be issued from the Ministry of Home Affairs. According to information from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the process is still at the Ministry of Finance," he said.

Therefore, the Bali provincial government is still in a waiting position. "Because the regulation states that TPP can only be given after obtaining permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs," he said.

According to him, although the previous year the rules used for TPP disbursement were not much different, the process for issuing permits or approvals from the Ministry of Home Affairs was faster.

"Last year the process was faster, once we submitted it, then the approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs came down," said Dewa Tagel.

Regarding the amount of TPP received by each ASN based on class and position, he said, it was the regional authority to regulate it and then compile it in implementing regulations.

"The TPP budget uses the APBD, does not use central transfer funds. The budget is there and has been included in the Regional Budget. It's just a matter of waiting, maybe mid-March this recommendation will be dropped," said Dewa Tagel.
